On March 9, Sunwah Innovations and HCMC Department of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding, which could support the innovation and entrepreneurship activities in Ho Chi Minh City with Sunwah Innovations' connections and collaborations with top universities and organizations.

HCMC innovation ecosystem for 2023 includes GovTech which could promote innovation in public sector, commercialization of university entrepreneurship programs and international entrepreneurship cooperation.
