Mrs. Carrie Lam Visits Liaoning University at Sunwah Group's Invitation.
On the morning of June 25, 2025, at the invitation of Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC and Chairman of Sunwah Group, Mrs. Carrie Lam, the fifth-term Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and recipient of the Grand Bauhinia Medal, visited Liaoning University accompanied by Mr. Johnson Choi, Executive Director of Sunwah Group. Professor Yu Miaojie, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Liaoning University, warmly received Mrs. Carrie Lam and her delegation, hosting discussions on enhancing patriotic education and strengthening exchanges and cooperation between Liaoning and Hong Kong's higher education institutions, research organizations, and enterprises.

Mrs. Carrie Lam Visits Northeastern University at Sunwah's Invitation, Witnesses Signing of Strategic Agreement.
On the afternoon of June 23, 2025, at the invitation of Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC and Chairman of Sunwah Group, Mrs. Carrie Lam, the fifth-term Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and recipient of the Grand Bauhinia Medal, visited Northeastern University accompanied by Mr. Johnson Choi, Executive Director of Sunwah Group.Professor Guo Hai, Secretary of the CPC Northeastern University Committee, warmly received Mrs. Lam and her delegation. The two sides held discussions on enhancing cultural and educational cooperation between Liaoning and Hong Kong.

Sunwah Group, Nanjing University, and Vietnam National University, Hanoi Exchange MOU Sunwah 55 Excellence Scholarship Awards Presented.
On June 12, 2025, the signing ceremony for the tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among Sunwah Group, Nanjing University, and Vietnam National University, Hanoi was held at the Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre of Hanoi. Mr. Jackson Choi, Director of Sunwah Group and President of Sunwah East & Central China Region, represented Sunwah in the agreement exchange. The three parties will launch closer, long-term strategic collaboration in student exchanges, joint research, and language-cultural connectivity.

Fudan University and Sunwah Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement Mrs. Carrie Lam Attends as Witness.
On May 29, 2025, during the 120th anniversary celebration week, Fudan University and Sunwah Group held a cooperation signing ceremony. The event also included the unveiling of a recognition plaque for the Choi Koon Shum Museum of Humanities and a salon discussion on "Promoting Cultural Exchange and Mutual Learning Through Cultural Confidence."
