Hosted by the UAE Chinese Business Council, the "World Chinese Entrepreneurs Business Week (Dubai) and the Second Dual-Bay Forum" was grandly held in Dubai on the 14th, attracting over 600 Chinese business leaders, entrepreneurs, and government officials from 29 countries and regions worldwide.
