On 24 May 2025, co-hosted by Sunwah Group and the Shenyang Municipal Shenhe District Committee & Government, and organized by the Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance and other institutions, the "2025 Liaoning Enterprises Global Expansion Summit Brand Collaboration with ASEAN and the Middle East and Tussah Silk Cultural Industry Park Symposium" was held to support Liaoning brands and enterprises in expanding overseas markets.

Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, the CGCC, Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance, International Academy of Brand Science(IABS) and Sunwah Group, delivered a speech and inaugurated the IABS Liaoning Office.

Mr. Johnson Choi, Standing Committee Member of Liaoning CPPCC, Vice Chairman of the Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Executive Director of Sunwah Group, along with Mr. Li Jun, Deputy Director-General of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce, unveiled the China-UAE Cultural and Economic Trade Center. The Shenhe District Government and the Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Representatives from the International Academy of Brand Science, the Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, and UAE chapters of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance presented on Hong Kong's role as an international branding hub, as well as the business environment and investment advantages in the Middle East and ASEAN regions. Local enterprises engaged in matchmaking sessions with delegates from the Middle East and ASEAN.
