On the afternoon of April 29, the 2025 Shanghai-Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Roundtable Meeting was held in Shanghai under the theme "Shanghai and Hong Kong Join Hands to Navigate Global Opportunities." Over 200 senior leaders and business elites from the political and business sectors of both cities exchanged insights and proposed strategies to deepen economic and trade cooperation between Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as to jointly promote the expansion of local industries and enterprises into new global markets.

In the keynote speech, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC, Chairman of the CGCC, Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Sunwah Group, emphasized that Shanghai and Hong Kong should leverage their respective strengths to deepen collaboration between the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, seizing international business opportunities together.
