On May 18, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance and Sunwah Group, and Council Member of Fudan University, visited the Handan Campus of Fudan University in Shanghai. Dr. Choi was joined by Fudan University Party Secretary Qiu Xin and President Jin Li, among others, for the unveiling ceremony of the "Fudan Origin" Cultural Education Zone and the official reopening of the "Choi Koon Shum Museum of Humanities" at Fudan University.

In 2005, during Fudan University's centennial celebration, Dr. Choi donated funds to establish the Choi Koon Shum Museum of Humanities, which was named in his honor. In 2011, he further contributed to its enhancement. Now, in 2025, as Fudan celebrates its 120th anniversary, Dr. Choi has once again supported the museum's renovation and expansion. The revitalized space now serves as a key component of Fudan University Museum's "one core, two wings" structure, becoming a distinctive cultural hub and a new platform for public diplomacy at Fudan.
