On August 29, during the visit to Vietnam, Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife, Vietnamese Prime Ministe Phạm Minh Chính and his wife, visited Vietnam National University, Hanoi. They exchanged views with university students and witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two countries' universities.

In June this year, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife also visited Hanoi Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre and held exchanges with teachers and students of the Korean language department.
