The Choi Centre is a non-profit cultural venue operated and managed by the Jonathan KS Choi Foundation. It aims to foster people-to-people diplomacy, economic and trade cooperation, and mutual understanding through international cultural and artistic exchanges. Currently, over ten such centers have been established across multiple countries and regions worldwide. The newly opened Choi Centre of Chongqing in Yuzhong has introduced Groupe Bertrand, France’s premier independent hospitality group, featuring the Southwest China debut of its century-old patisserie brand Angelina. Additionally, WHATEVER COFFEE, a boutique coffee brand founded by internationally renowned actor Daniel Wu, has partnered with Sunwah Tea (a subsidiary of Sunwah Group) to launch the Sunwah Tea & Whatever Chongqing Concept Store, promoting innovative tea and coffee culture. The center also features dedicated spaces such as art exhibition zones, tasting areas, and VIP lounges, offering the public a more international, diverse, and high-quality cultural and lifestyle experience.
