The inauguration ceremony of the Sunwah French Innovation Center, which is under the Sunwah Group, was held in Nanjing on 25 February 2022. It is an innovative cooperation platform established with the support of foreign affairs departments, chambers of commerce, scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprises of both China and France. The platform aims to promote the all-round cooperation between China and France in technology, environmental protection, trade, culture, investment and talent development to better serve the companies from both countries and especially in East China.

During the ceremony, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group, made an online keynote speech. Mr. Johnson Choi, Executive Director of Sunwah Group; Mr. Benoît Guidée, Consul General of France in Shanghai and Mr. Wang Dongning, Director of Nanjing Investment Promotion Bureau also delivered speeches.

The Sino-France Innovation and Technology Application and Transformation Center (Crea TIS-FC) was unveiled officially during the ceremony. The Sino-French Carbon Neutrality Forum was also held on the same day to discuss new opportunities for innovation cooperation and investment.
