Zhejiang Yongkang-China Hardware Logistics Hub

It is a grand project devised by Sunwah and the city government of Yongkang, Zhejiang Province. Located at the Yongkang East Station of the Jintai Railway, the project is designed to cover 8 square kilometers, and involves over RMB25 billion investment.

The Hub aims to develop into a world centre for hardware trading and transport by leveraging the city's extensive highway, railway and shipping networks. It also seeks to help Zhejiang Province develop a world-class hardware industrial cluster and a model of cooperation for the Belt and Road Initiative.
