On November 14, Sunwah Group and Vina T&T, one of the largest fruit exporters in Vietnam, signed a cooperation agreement on exporting Vietnamese fruits to China in Ho Chi Minh City. Sunwah and Vina T&T would co-export durian, jackfruit, pitaya, passion fruit, mango, purple sweet potato, chili and other main agricultural products, among which durian is the flagship one.

Mr. Jesse Choi, Regional Director of Sunwah Group (ASEAN) and Director of Sunwah Group in Vietnam, said that the agreement is the result of a meeting in August, when Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group committed Tran Thanh Nam, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, to helping Vietnamese agricultural products export to China.

The Ministry believed that the cooperation between Sunwah and Vina T&T could drive Vietnamese high-quality agricultural products to Chinese market with unlimited potential in a professional and large-scale method.
