The Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance was established in Hong Kong on March 31. Mr. John Lee, Chief Executive of HKSAR, expressed his hope that the Committee would enable enterprises to better seize the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence (AI) development, injecting new momentum into the economic growth of the nation and Hong Kong.

Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee member of CPPCC and Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, stated that China's achievements in the field of AI in recent years have garnered global attention. The Alliance is determined to make renewed efforts in advancing AI development to support the nation's high-quality growth, while fully leveraging Hong Kong's unique advantages under the "one country, two systems" framework, including its world-class university resources, status as an international financial hub, and role as a technological innovation center.

Mr. Jason Choi, Executive Vice Chairman of the Alliance, serves as the Dedicated President of the AI Committee, while Mr. Duan Fengyuan, Founder of Echotech AI, holds the position of Chairman.
