On October 10, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Van Li, Secretary of Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, visited Sunwah Group(Guangzhou)-Sunwah Link with the delegation, and was warmly received by Mr. Jason Choi, Director of Sunwah Group, President of Sunwah GBA and Sunwah Southwest China Region. The delegation was composed of 17 representatives, including heads of various departments of the Binh Duong Provincial government, senior leaders of Becamex, the largest state-owned enterprise in Binh Duong Province, and the president of Vietnam Oriental International University.

They discussed the establishment of cooperation and links between Binh Duong Province and the Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as cooperation in the service industry and investment by Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises.
