On December 9-10, 2025, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Permanent Honorary President of the UAE Chinese Business Council, Chairman of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Chairman of Hong Kong's Sunwah Group, hosted a delegation led by Mr. Mohamed Al Sharhan, Managing Director of the World Government Summit (WGS), in Hong Kong and Beijing.

High-level government and business leaders from both cities were invited to attend, engaging in discussions with the UAE-based World Government Summit organization to explore potential business collaboration opportunities.
