On December 19, 2025, Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Hu Duc Phuc visited Hong Kong. After meeting with Chief Executive John Lee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, he specially arranged a meeting with Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Hong Kong-Guangdong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Chairman of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Bohai Rim Entrepreneurs Alliance, Chairman of Hong Kong's Sunwah Group, and Chairman of Vina Capital Investment Fund.
