On December 26, 2025, the Shenyang FTZ Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprise Association successfully convened its second-term leadership transition conference and hosted the grand inauguration ceremony of the Sunwah Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park.

Johnson Choi, newly elected as the second-term Chairman of the Association (also Standing Committee Member of the Liaoning Provincial CPPCC and Executive Director of Sunwah Group), emphasized that cross-border e-commerce has become Liaoning's primary breakthrough in foreign trade revitalization. He pledged to leverage Hong Kong enterprises' unique "bridging" advantages to integrate mature channels, capital, and modern service expertise from Hong Kong, ASEAN, and the EU into the association's platform. This initiative aims to collectively empower Liaoning enterprises and brands in global expansion, jointly develop international markets, and contribute to Liaoning's new round of comprehensive revitalization.

The ceremony featured the official unveiling of the Sunwah Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park, whose Phase I facility spans 10,000 square meters.
