On February 7, 2026, the event "Guangdong Goods Travel the World · Zhongshan Products Enter Shenzhen — Shenzhen-Zhongshan Integration · Sharing Quality Goods" officially kicked off at Happy Harbor in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

Mr. Jesse Choi, ASEAN Regional President of Hong Kong's Sunwah Group, was invited to attend the ceremony and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongshan City for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Zhongshan, China) Smart Home Building Materials & Decoration Exhibition Center project. Leveraging the Shenzhen-Zhongshan integration as a bridge, the initiative aims to connect with ASEAN markets and promote the high-quality development of Zhongshan's premium production capacity and cross-border commerce.

The project will leverage Zhongshan's industrial cluster advantages in home furnishings, building materials, lighting, and integrated home solutions, combined with Hong Kong Xinhua Group's resource network and market channels in ASEAN countries. With Ho Chi Minh City and Zhongshan City as dual hubs, it aims to establish a one-stop exhibition, sales, and trade center for smart home products and building material decorations targeting the Vietnamese and broader ASEAN markets.
