On March 18, the launch ceremony of the "Guangzhou Connects the Globe · Overseas Chinese Boosting the Economy" Guangzhou-HK-Macau Enterprise Going Global Exchange Conference and the Sunwah China Enterprise Going Global Cooperation Center (Guangzhou) was held at Guangzhou Sunwah Hui International Conference Center. Co-organized by the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Guangzhou Municipal Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Guangzhou Huangpu District Overseas Friendship Association, the event aimed to build a collaborative platform for enterprises to go global, help Bay Area businesses seize overseas opportunities, and deepen economic, trade, and industrial cooperation with Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

A plaque-unveiling ceremony for the Sunwah China Enterprise Going Global Cooperation Center (Guangzhou) was also held on-site, marking its establishment as a "one-stop" service platform for enterprises expanding globally. Leveraging the center’s overseas resources, the Guangzhou Enterprise Going Global Chamber of Commerce set up liaison offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malaysia, with plaque-unveiling ceremonies held for each. The Guangzhou, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malaysia branches of the Sunwah China Enterprise Going Global Cooperation Center signed agreements with overseas Chinese associations in Southeast Asian countries and the Guangzhou SME Going Global Service Alliance.

Business representatives from China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other nations gave special presentations on local market environments, investment opportunities, relevant policies, and shared practical experiences of going global.

Additionally, Hong Kong Sunwah Group, in collaboration with domestic and overseas business associations, leading industrial chain enterprises, and financial institutions, jointly launched a special fund for enterprise going global, with the first phase amounting to 500 million RMB.
