On the afternoon of June 30, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of Sunwah Group, and Honorary Dean of the Law School of Shanghai University, visited Shanghai University and attended the 2026 Graduation Ceremony of the Law School, presenting special awards to outstanding students.

During the ceremony, Dr. Choi conferred degrees upon the 2026 law graduates one by one and performed the tassel-turning ceremony. On the sidelines of the event, Wu Jianyong, Secretary of the CPC Shanghai University Committee, met with Dr. Choi and his delegation. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including academic discipline development, industrial collaboration, and international cultural exchange.
