On July 31, Hong Kong Sunwah Group and Foshan Nanhai Enterprise Overseas Business Service Co., Ltd. signed a project cooperation agreement to jointly establish the China-Vietnam Smart Home & Building Materials Exhibition and Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, exploring a new model for connecting China's pan-home furnishing industry with the Vietnamese and ASEAN markets.

Located in the core business district of Ho Chi Minh City, the center integrates scenario-based display, engineering procurement, supply chain support, and localized services. It aims to transform Nanhai's product exports from individual items to integrated smart home solutions, building a unified operational system encompassing "exhibition, trade, data, and services."

On August 2, Dr. Jonathan Choi, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Chairman of Sunwah Group, visited Nanhai. He held talks with District Party Secretary Wang Yong and representatives of leading pan-home furnishing enterprises, and conducted site visits to local companies.
