On August 24, Dr. Jonathan Choi, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, President of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of Sunwah Group, visited the Vietnamese Embassy in China at the invitation of Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh for a meeting.

Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh introduced the development status of localities such as Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen in Vietnam, and expressed cooperation needs in areas including medical services, medical education, and high technology. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as the localization of scientific and technological innovation, industrial cooperation, and economic and trade investment. They agreed to strengthen regular communication and promote the implementation of practical cooperation.
