On September 8, the "China-Cambodia Partnership · Smart Manufacturing in ASEAN · Global Connectivity" Cambodia Investment Promotion Conference was held at Guangzhou Sunwah Hub. The event brought together high-level representatives from China and Cambodia's government and businesses, industrial platforms, as well as financial and cross-border service institutions. It aimed to seize RCEP opportunities and build a high-end cooperation platform for Greater Bay Area enterprises to invest in Cambodia, expand production capacity overseas, and engage in economic and trade cooperation.

Senior government officials, including H.E. Mang Sineth, Governor of Sihanoukville Province, and H.E. Chea Kok Hong, Advisor to the Supreme National Economic Council of Cambodia, provided on-site interpretations of Sihanoukville's development plans, specialized investment programs, and national-level preferential policies.
