From October 29 to 30, 2026, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong (CGCC), and Chairman of the Hsin Chong Group, led a delegation to Singapore to attend the 120th anniversary celebrations of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI).

On the evening of October 30, the SCCCI 120th Anniversary Gala was held at Raffles City Convention Centre, with Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong attending as Guest of Honour and delivering a keynote address. During the event, PM Wong and several Cabinet ministers held cordial exchanges with Dr. Choi, exploring regional development and Chinese business community cooperation.
