Chairman of Sunwah Dr. Jonathan Choi visited Hanoi in mid-April 2014 to attend the signing ceremony with the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs for launching the Chinese and English languages training programs. The Ministry would select officials to receive training offered by the Sunwah Foundation. Outstanding participants would be arranged to proceed training and exchanges in China. The next step would be the English language training programs. 

Vietnam Deputy Prime Minister HE Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh met with Dr. Choi in appreciation of his great contribution to the business investment, education, cultural exchanges in Vietnam.
