On 25 February 2022, Shenyang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese held the unveiling ceremony of Shenyang New Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for the Sunwah (Shenyang) Innovation Center. The center aims to make use of Sunwah Group's platform resources and its advantage of innovation and technology to contribute to the revitalization of Shenyang and the Northeast China through the overseas Chinese community.

Ms. Zhang Mei, Party Secretary and president of Shenyang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, hoped the Sunwah (Shenyang) Innovation Center will make use of its own advantages, take lead in the start-up ecosystem, and continue to make new contributions to the overall revitalization of Shenyang and Liaoning.
