on September 18, Mr. Algernon Yau, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of HKSAR visited Sunwah Group in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and met with Mr. Jesse Choi, President of Sunwah Southeast Asia, and General Manger Xu Wenyao, who briefed Sunwah's business and the development in Cambodia and Vietnam.
Yau highly affirmed Sunwah, and expressed the hope to accelerate the cooperation between ASEAN, Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area to promote regional economy.
At noon, Jesse Choi delivered a speech at the luncheon hosted by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office and the China Hong Kong and Macau Expatriate and Business Association of Cambodia, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China.
