On October 9, Johnson Choi won the third World Outstanding Chinese Youth Entrepreneur Award and Conferred Honorary Doctorate Degree from Lincoln University College. Johnson Choi is the Executive Director of Sunwah Group, President of Northeast China Region Sunwah Group and Sunwah Hi-tech, Executive Vice Chairman of Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union and Member of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.

In recognition of Chinese youth around the world who contribute to promote Chinese culture and youth exchange, the World Outstanding Chinese Youth Entrepreneur Award which is hosted by World Chinese Business Investment Foundation, and organized by United World Chinese Association and medias like Wen Wei Po, The Mirror and Hong Kong Economic Times, aims to encourage youth achieve life goals and take social responsibilities. Besides, the WCBIF has held another award, World Outdistancing Chinese Award, for 17 years with great influence around the Chinese world.
