On October 15, the 13th Asia-Pacific Consortium on Teaching Chinese as an International Language was held at ULIS-Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre in Hanoi. Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of Sunwah Group and Sunwah Foundation, delivered a video speech, introducing the support of Sunwah Foundation for Chinese teaching in Southeast Asia. More than 400 experts and scholars attended the seminar, while 128 of them delivered reports Online and offline.
