On March 22, Dr.Choi, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC and Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, received Mr. Xu Jiancheng,  President of Hong Kong Suzhou Chamber of Commerce and his delegation at the CGCC. They held talks on strengthening exchanges and cooperation.

Hong Kong is the world-freest economy with the unique advantage of "One country, two systems".  Dr.Choi kept promoting  Hong Kong's advantages that the Hong Kong SAR Government recently introduced a number of policies to  "Competing for Talents and Enterprises", and welcomed Suzhou enterprises to  invest in HK.
