Located on the campus of Vietnam's best institution of higher learning-the National University of Vietnam in Hanoi, the Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre is dedicated to the promotion of the Chinese language and the Han culture. The Centre has a multi-purpose auditorium, a conference and exhibition hall and well-equipped with international exchanges facilities. The Centre not only serves as an important base for research and studies of Chinese culture, it is also a symbol for international education and cultural exchanges. It extends Sunwah's efforts to promote friendship between China and Vietnam through art and cultural exchanges.
The Handover Ceremony was held on 3 February 2015, officiated by the Vietnam Deputy Prime Minister HE Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Dr. Jonathan Choi, President of the Vietnam National University (VNU) Professor Phung Xuan Nha, and President of the VNU Languages and International Studies (ULIS). Sunwah Foundation also took this special occasion to hold a children art exhibition in the Centre.

International exchange seminars are held at the Cultural Centre.
