On 20 May afternoon, during the 5th World Intelligence Congress held in Tianjin, Sunwah and the Jinghai District Management Committee of Tianjin Health Industry International Cooperation Demonstration Zone signed the Cooperation Agreement on China-Japan (Tianjin) Healthcare Industrial Park project.

The project will include a global shopping center; an international training and education base for the elderly care; an unpiloted driving scenario; headquarters and offices for the healthcare industries; digital innovation; entertainment; new business models on electronic games competition; new consumers pattern demonstration districts; artificial intelligent residential mode of living demonstration communities and supporting facilities. The first phase will build a smart town of Sino-Japanese healthcare industry with a total land area of 300 mu.
