In the morning of July 11, Sunwah Group and Panjin Vocational and Technical College jointly held a signing ceremony and an unveiling ceremony of Sunwah Group International Talents Training Base, which shows Sunwah Group and Panjin Vocational and Technical College will jointly introduce Japanese educational resources to Liaoning Province, and enhance the development of Liaoning's international education and elderly care service industry. This is the latest achievements after Dr. Choi met with Mr. Zhang Chengzhong, the then Party Secretary of Panjin City, now the Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee in July last year.

Mr. Cui Tong, general manager of northeast Region of Sunwah Group and Wang Shouzhong, Party secretary and president of Panjin Vocational and Technical College signed the agreement and unveiled on behalf of both sides. They would make use of their own advantages to carry out cooperative teaching in disciplines, specialties and courses with "Smart Health Elderly Care Services and Management" as a starting point. The next step was to set up an affiliated college of the Panjin College, Sunwah Songshan International Welfare College, which was planned to provide courses of Smart Health Care Services and Management, Medical Nutrition and Aged Care Management, to nurture skilled students with recognition from both Chinese and Japanese education department, and certificated by Chinese and Japanese schools.
