In the morning of August 4, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneur Union, Chairman of the Hong Kong-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Sunwah Group, met with Mr. Chay Navuth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Vietnam in Hanoi.

Dr. Choi introduced Sunwah Group's development in Cambodia over the past 30 years, including seafood industry and real estate projects such as Sunwah Pearl, Sunwah Victory City, Sunwah New Town in Phnom Penh. He also mentioned that Sunwah and HKETO(Bangkok) had jointly organized a luncheon in Phnom Penh on 21 July, to strengthen the relationship between Hong Kong/ GBA and Cambodia.

Ambassador Chay Navuth highly appreciated Sunwah's investment in Cambodia and Vietnam, and introduced the latest policies of the Cambodian government on attracting foreign investment and he hoped that Sunwah can make further investment and encourage more Hong Kong enterprises to invest in Cambodia to enhance the cooperation in agriculture, education and innovation. Ambassador Chay also expressed his will of visiting the Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre in Hanoi and the headquarter of Sunwah Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, to discuss more cooperation projects in the near further.
