The TongliaoSunwah Finance Centre is located at the prime commercial and political core of Tongliao, the biggest city at eastern Inner Mongolia. Formerly an office tower of the Tongliao city government, the Centre occupies an area of 25,000 square meters. Sunwah plans to develop a new financial complex which will integrate the former office tower and its adjacent city square, and brings in a shoppingarea with luxury brands, hotels and SOHO style service apartment.
